The nominee must have at least four years of experience coaching high school basketball as an assistant or head coach.
Nominations forms may be submitted by an athletic director, coach, player, parent, or supporter.
The PDF form may also be submitted via email to: soodn@edmonds.wednet.edu.
Submissions must be received by September 1st of each calendar year. No submissions will be considered after this time.
