Fuller graduated from West Seattle in 1928 and became a star at the University of Washington. He played four years for the HUSKIES and made All Coast in 1933. Fuller started a brilliant coaching career in the late 1930’s at Napavine and also served at Woodland. He served in the Navy in World War II until 1945 and retired 20 years later as a Navy Reserve Lieutenant Commander. Fuller then coached at Granger in 1945 and 46. He then came on the Seattle City League scene…and his clubs have a sensational record. Roosevelt won the city championship in 1947, 1952 and 1958. Won the Northern Division championship in 1964 and claimed the Metro title in 1965. and 1966. Fuller coached clubs finished 4th in state action twice, 8th once and gained a second place record in 1965.
